About the informational site

This website provides information about Cerberus Guitars, its designs and its history. Historical archive pages describe instruments that have already been built. Archived instruments are not offered for sale through this site.

Designs marked as unbuilt concepts are not finished products and cannot be ordered. A rendering or preview is not an offer to build or sell an instrument or a promise of final specifications. A historical completed instrument is not an unbuilt concept merely because it appears alongside concept development material.

Merchandise previews are informational while ordering is paused. They do not create a reservation, preorder or delivery commitment.

Independent dealer links

Dealer links take you to independent sellers. A purchase from a dealer is made with that seller, not through this website. Check the seller's terms before buying. This statement does not remove any separate Cerberus obligation that applies to a particular instrument or transaction.

Existing rights and site updates

These website terms describe the informational site. They do not replace an existing purchase agreement or apply new restrictions retroactively. Updating a page does not cancel an existing refund, repair or other applicable obligation.

Questions about the website or an existing matter can be sent to info@cerberusguitars.com.
