Current shipping status

Direct ordering through this website is paused. We are not accepting guitar or merchandise orders or preorders here, so there is no current checkout shipping offer, rate or new-order delivery estimate.

The pause does not change the obligations that apply to an existing order. For an existing direct order or shipment issue, email info@cerberusguitars.com with your order number and a short summary, or reply to your existing support thread. See Returns, refunds and existing order support for delayed-order and refund information.

For a new purchase from an independent dealer, confirm stock, price, shipping charges, dispatch and delivery estimates, taxes, duties and the dealer's return terms directly with that seller before paying.
