Official Notice: 

Hey everyone, Mike here,

I am announcing a temporary pause in operations as we restructure our overall platform and move away from a pre-order-based model to an in-hand, ready-to-ship approach.

Don't worry, all currently placed orders remain active and are still being fulfilled. We are working with our respective factories to get this sorted as fast as possible, but it will take time.

Why the pause? Well, a significant income shortfall approaching nearly $100,000 had a real operational impact on us. We're not a big brand, and up to this point have survived off of preorders. Admittedly, over the last few months we've been working to dig ourselves out of a financial hole a former dealer left us in. While that impact affected our 2025 production schedule, and us as a company, more importantly, it affected our customers, and that is something I take seriously.

As the owner, I explored every viable alternative to pausing manufacturing. After exhausting those options, it became clear that this step was the correct on to fix the underlying issues, protect our customers, and ensure the long-term health of the brand.

One thing I want to specifically address; While we as a brand have experienced delays, some well beyond my control despite meeting all financial expectations across the board, I have never intentionally misled or “scammed” anyone. That is not who we are, and it never will be. Accountability and trust matter to me personally, not just professionally. An additional step we are taking as much as possible is streamlining our USA manufacturing processes.

I’ve recognized that reliance on systems that expose customers to downstream risk is not acceptable. I hold myself account for allowing that to happen and am taking necessary steps to make that never happen again.

It hasn’t been easy, and I know it’s been frustrating at times. I thank you for your patience, your trust, and your continued support as we do the work to come back stronger, more reliable, and better equipped to meet your needs.

January 12th, 2026 Update: All remaining Apollo 1 Models, Hermes 6HT Baritones, and a few Custom models are heading our way. Once they've landed, and all pending customer orders shipped, we will open back up the website with stock that is on hand and ready to ship.
