If you are not satisfied with any guitar you buy from Cerberus Guitars, you may return it within 14 days of shipment. As all of our USA models are made-to-order, a restocking fee of 20% will be applied to any return. We do offer a free repair (not inclusive of shipping costs/import duties/taxes) on any Cerberus Guitar for the lifetime of the guitar to the original owner.
- NOTE:
- B-Stock, or discounted products are subject to our free repair policy only, and are considered as all sales final. Any modifications outside of what the guitar came with as stock will be subject to additional charges. For example, pickup swaps, hardware installs, refinishing, etc. etc.
- This return policy is only applicable to products purchased direct from Cerberus Guitars. If you purchased your Cerberus product through one of our dealers, please contact them directly.
- Returned items must be in brand-new condition, showing no signs of wear or damage, and must be returned in their original packaging along with any original accessories included with the product.
- International Customers, we will refund you the full purchase price amount of your guitar provided it meet all previously mentioned requirements. Import duties, taxes, and charges associated outside of the purchase price and initial shipping cost are not subject to refund from Cerberus Guitars,
How to Submit a Repair / Return Request:
- E-mail support@CerberusGuitars.com , and please provide your Order Number. We will work closely with you to get you taken care of.
Once we’ve received your returned item, if the returned item meets the conditions as described above, the same payment method you used to purchase the product will be credited within 5-7 business days.
