For help with a Cerberus purchase, email michael@cerberusguitars.com with your order number, the email address used at checkout and a brief description of the issue. If you are reporting damage or a defect, include photos that show the issue.
Tell us whether you need help with a delivered item, a repair, an order that has not arrived or an existing refund request. This helps us review the right records.
Existing orders and refund requests remain part of our ongoing support work. New orders do not take precedence over existing obligations. The next steps for an individual case depend on its verified records and any applicable approval requirements. Please use the existing-order support route for a case-specific update. We will not describe a refund as completed until the payment is verified.

Describe the item and the reason for your request so we can review the return or repair terms that apply to your purchase. If an item arrived damaged, incorrect or defective, identify that issue in your message.
If you are not satisfied with any guitar you buy from Cerberus Guitars, you may return it within 30 days of shipment. As all of our USA models are made-to-order, a restocking fee of 20% will be applied to any return with the remaining balance applied as credit towards a future purchase, or refunded upon sale of the returned guitar.
Returned items must be in brand-new condition, showing no signs of wear or damage, and must be returned in their original packaging along with any original accessories included with the product.
B-Stock, or discounted products are subject to our free repair policy only, and are considered as all sales final. Any modifications outside of what the guitar came with as stock will be subject to additional charges. For example, pickup swaps, hardware installs, refinishing, etc. etc.
We do offer a free repair (not inclusive of shipping costs/import duties/taxes) on any Cerberus Guitar for the lifetime of the guitar to the original owner.
This return policy is only applicable to products purchased direct from Cerberus Guitars. If you purchased your Cerberus product through one of our dealers, please contact them directly for resolution.
International Customers, we will refund you the full purchase price amount of your guitar provided it meet all previously mentioned requirements. Import duties, taxes, currency changes, and additonal charges associated outside of the purchase price and initial shipping cost are not subject to refund from Cerberus Guitars,
